After you submit your documents, we review them in the order we receive them. Our team checks that your ID is valid, your selfie matches, and your payment method is linked correctly. This review typically takes one business day, though during peak periods (around Idul Fitri, Idul Adha, or major Liga 1 matches) it may take longer.
You can check your verification status anytime in your santogel account. Log in on your phone, go to Account Settings, and tap Verification Status. You will see one of these states:
- Pending: We received your documents and are reviewing them.
- Approved: Your account is verified. You can now deposit, play, and withdraw.
- Rejected: Your documents did not meet our requirements. We will explain why and let you resubmit.
- More info needed: We need clarification on one document. We will send you a message with details.
If your verification is rejected, do not worry. You can resubmit new documents immediately. Common rejection reasons include blurry photos, ID that is expired, or a selfie that does not match the ID. Our support team can guide you through resubmission.
