This page describes what we collect when you use santogel and how we keep that data protected. When you create an account on santogel, verify your identity, deposit funds via DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, or your bank, and place bets on football, live dealers, slots, or esports, we collect personal information. We use that information to verify your identity (KYC), process your deposits and withdrawals, settle your bets, prevent fraud, and comply with law.

Note: we keep records of transactions for 5 years to comply with financial regulations.

You have the right to object to our use of your data for marketing or analytics. Go to your account settings and disable "Marketing emails" and "Analytics". We will no longer send promotional messages or track your behavior for optimization.

Data retention on santogel

We keep your personal data (name, email, phone, ID) as long as your account is active. If you close your account, we delete this data within 30 days, except where law requires us to keep it longer.

We keep your transaction history (deposits, bets, withdrawals) for 5 years to comply with financial and anti-money-laundering regulations in Indonesia and other jurisdictions where santogel operates. After 5 years, we delete transaction records unless legal proceedings are ongoing.

We keep login logs (IP address, device, timestamp) for 12 months for security and fraud-detection purposes. After 12 months, we delete logs unless you report suspicious activity.

We keep customer support messages for 2 years in case you need to refer to past conversations. You can request deletion of specific messages anytime.

Security and encryption on santogel

We encrypt your data in transit using TLS (Transport Layer Security). When you deposit via e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, or your bank, the connection between your phone and our servers is encrypted. Your password is hashed and never stored in plain text.

We encrypt your data at rest using AES-256 encryption on our servers. Your personal details, documents, and transaction history are encrypted on disk. Only authorized santogel employees can access encrypted data with encryption keys stored separately.

We support two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS or email. Enable 2FA in your account settings to require a code in addition to your password when you log in from a new device.

Despite our security measures, no system is completely immune to breaches. If we discover that your data has been compromised, we will notify you via email within 72 hours and explain what information was affected.

Changes to our santogel privacy policy

We may update this privacy policy to reflect changes in our practices, technology, or law. We will post the updated policy on santogel and update the "last modified" date at the bottom of this page. If we make material changes (e.g., we start sharing data with new third parties), we will notify you via email at least 30 days before the change takes effect.
